Segway Polo is a fun sport and can be enjoyed by a wide variety of people with different physical abilities but like all physical activities there are dangers involved. Segway Polo is played at your own risk – both to yourself and your Segway PT. The ISPA, its members and affiliates will not accept responsibility for any injury or harm that results from playing Segway Polo. The ISPA encourages all Segway Polo players to wear a helmet, pad their mallet heads and take appropriate precautions when playing. We also strongly suggest that anyone participating in a Segway Polo match or event have adequate experience on a Segway PT to be able to safely control the machine at all times.

The ISPA does sanction events that comply with the ISPA’s requirements. No event shall be stated as sanctioned by the ISPA without a written approval from the ISPA Board of Directors. Players in ISPA sanctioned events still play at their own risk and agree to hold the ISPA, its members and affiliates harmless in the event of accident or injury to themselves or any property.
