Dear Segway-Polo Players,

We, the HEMER BUTTERFLIES, would like to invite you to the

OPEN SEGWAY POLO EM, (European Championship Games.)

In Hemer, near Iserlohn, Germany. All Teams are welcome.

The EM will take place 16-18 July 2010 on the Grounds of the State Garden Show.

I.S.P.A. rules will apply to the EM tournament.

The Entrance Fee is 275 Euro per team. Your participation in the EM will take place only upon receipt of the Entrance Fee.

Included in the Entrance Fee is the admission to the Garden Show throughout the weekend for your team members, including 1 guest per team member. Maximum team membership is 10. Children will be admitted for free.

All other visitors may purchase tickets at a reduced price to the Garden Show.  The price of a ticket is 12 Euro per person, per day.

Storage areas that can be locked will be available for your Segways and team equipment.

In addition to our sponsored EM on the Grounds of the Garden Show will be many interesting highlights brought to you by the show participants.

Please let us know by 15 April, 2010, at the above listed euro-segwaypolo web site if you will or will not be participating in this event.

We will be glad to help you find accommodations while staying in the local area.
